It is important to mention that we should eat the garlic on an empty stomach because if the stomach is full with food, it has difficulties to process and absorb all the food’s nutrients.

Raw Garlic and Honey
Furthermore, we can chop 2 – 3 garlic cloves into small pieces and mix them with 1 tablespoon of honey. If we take this combination every day, we will notice that we feel much more energized and healthy.

  • 5 roughly chopped garlic cloves
  • Roughly chopped ½ yellow onion
  • 2 red chili peppers, also roughly chopped
  • Squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • Raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar

Method of preparation:

We need jar of 350 ml – 500 ml. First of all put the roughly chopped onion and after that add the chopped garlic. Next step is to add the red chili peppers, seeds and all.

After that carefully place some chopped ginger. In a separate bowl squeeze the lemon, throw away the seeds and then pour the juice. Finally, add the apple cider vinegar and leave about a cm of room at the top. Close the jar and place it for sometime.

We can use this great tonic remedy for sore throat, cold, and flu.
